ERNÄHRUNG

Trainieren ist die eine Seite der Medaille – Gesundheit, schnelle Erholung vom Training und ein optimales Körpergewicht die andere.

 

Da ich mich voll und ganz auf das Schreiben der Trainingspläne meiner Athleten konzentrieren, ABER das Thema Ernährung auf keinen Fall unter den Tisch fallen lassen möchte, habe ich diesen Teil in die erfahrenen Hände meiner neuseeländischen Kollegin und Ernährungsberaterin Mikki Williden übergeben.

 

Hier einige Fakten zu Mikkis Person:

Mikki arbeitet zudem erfolgreich als selbstständige Ernährungsberaterin. Sie coacht Einzelpersonen und Gruppen. Sport- und gesundheitsbezogen hilft Mikki mit praktischen Ernährungslösungen für jeden Lebensstil. Mikki ist der Überzeugung, dass bei Ernährung vor allem Frische, Geschmack und Unkompliziertheit eine wichtige Rolle für den langfrsitigen Erfolg spielen.

 

Die Zusammenarbeit mit Mikki erfolgt auf Englisch.

Individual nutritional assessment (in clinic/via Skype or phone) – $170

This is a 60 minute consultation that covers your current diet and we work out strategies to help you meet your nutrition-related goals. I develop a plan for you based on your lifestyle and budget.

 

Follow up (in clinic/ via Skype or phone) – $65

 

Dietary assessment – NZ$90

If you would like a critique of your current diet, I can give you a detailed nutrient analysis and some objectives to help you meet your goals. This is completed via email and based on dietary information that you provide

 

30 minute call – NZ$65 or 60 minute call – NZ$120

This is great for people who might be eating a low carbohydrate, high fat (LCHF)/wholefood/paleo diet but aren’t seeing the expected benefits (be it weight loss, increased energy, sports performance or all three). I’ll help you dial in your diet and start seeing some results. Perhaps you would like your LCHF or paleo diet questions answered? I can also help you start your nutrition plan if you are looking to make the change. Let’s chat and I can answer all your questions either by phone or on Skype to help you develop an eating plan that will fit with your lifestyle.

 

Email Coaching – NZ$45 or 75/month

If you would rather have someone to guide you via email as opposed to Skype or the phone, then I can do that too! We can develop a plan with objectives and catch up weekly for a Q and A session. If you’ve already got your diet on track, but need someone to be accountable to, then check in with me and I can give you an overview of your weekly food diary, and help you set targets to keep on track.

 

One-off email plan – NZ$120

You know the reasons for following a LCHF/wholefood/paleo nutrition plan, and have an idea of the foods you should be eating, but you just need somebody to give you a plan (based on some individualised information) to get the ball rolling. This is via email and, after getting some information from you I can set you up ready to go. Either you take the plan and run, or you can also arrange additional follow-ups with me via Skype, in clinic or by email for some feedback and have your questions answered. I’ll give you a 14 day plan with a shopping list and pantry basics based on your likes/dislikes and dietary needs.

 

Nutrition plan with two follow ups – NZ$200 over 6 weeks.

 

If you’ve already decided you’d like a plan (as above) and you would prefer someone to check in with, then we can organise this from the outset. This is based on the one-off email plan but also includes 2 x 20 min phone call or Skype follow ups over the following six weeks after you’ve emailed through your food diary.
